fun things to do with your time and money
1) Take a mini-holiday and get yourself tickets to Switchfoot.
They're playing in Auckland Wednesday 5th September. The tickets are $45. Cheaper if you're a parachute supporta. I hear Qantas are doing $69 flights (one way). Or you could road trip.

2) Find 9 other friends, and get tickets for Brooke Fraser
She's playing Wellington (and other places) with her band in October, and support act Op Shop. If you and your ten friends get tickets together, you get $10 off each ticket. Otherwise they're $62.50.
To get the $10 off, ring 0800 TICKETEK
Provide password - "Albertine Concessions"
This offer runs until 17 September 2007
3) Give me $2. No, I don't want a cheeseburger, I want to help out with this:
Thanks to Lisa for the link. I only have 96 days...but I'm sure I can find 50 people to give me $2. Right?
4) Go to a park and play on the swings. I highly recommend it.
5) Go swimming. Wellington City Council has good information on lane swimming and when it's available here:

6) Blow someone a kiss. Make sure it's someone...appropriate (never let it be said that I encourage sexual harrassment!).
If kissing is inappropriate, try a hug, or say something nice to someone:
You're looking especially handsome today. I like your skirt. You have such a good sense of humour. I really like how you handled (...insert difficult situation). This (foodstuff) you made is delicious!! Thank you for being there for me.
Oh, and if you're going to say any of these things, make sure you actually mean it.
7) Iron some clothes. Preferably to music and/or movies. They make ironing fun!!
OR
Vacuum to music. It's even better than showering for singing at the top of your lungs. Preferably out of tune. No-one can complain, because you are being 'industrious'.
I intend to do one of these these tonight, in between practicing for my ballet thingy. Why do I sign up for these things? Sigh...
That's enough ideas for now.

Yes, but there is just something not quite right about "life Modelling". But good on you for giving it a go anyway!
isn't "life modeling" what people do when they pose nude for an art class?
i deleted my comment, as it seems i missed the point entirely.
